At AJ Sports, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. If your purchase doesn't help you perform at your peak, we are here to make the exchange or refund process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
